I create when I am connected to what my customers need

Your customers want to feel special and they want to feel understood. So how does your brand do this or rather, what culture have you created?  A culture is a group we identify with and further characterized by shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices.  Some companies have been so savvy that they have in affect created a need (or a rebellion) to be apart of their culture.

There is no doubt that the Apple iPhone 4 has created a buzz.  Their ads are brilliant and reflect a powerful, magical, capable, new class, and revolutionary culture.  Their products are about ease and let me know that I am great just the way I am (“[I] don’t have to change [myself] to fit the product”).  So because I am already great, all I need is the Apple logo to let everybody else know just how great I am.   I am powerful, I am magical, I am capable, I am new class and I am revolutionary!  Just saying those words evokes the type of sigh that I express when watching their new commercial, every time. By evoking emotion within the 1:57 min span, I am bound to remember and talk about what I felt and ultimately the product itself.  I am now connected, I am now invested – I am an  ‘Apple’ professional.  That speaks for itself.
