uplife is a community + mindset of conscious living; it is the practice of becoming centered through impeccable self care, choosing healthy relationships, cultivating financial savviness to control and allocate my finances, and creating life and profession with passion.

uplife encourages me to explore life and devour each experience with eagerness.  I connect to great ideas within the marketplace thereby supporting businesses who are conscious and who contribute back to their community.  I attract great energy through organized living by learning how to express myself through my decor, how to best organize my posessions and how/when to release items.  I exude confidence by discovering my own personal style.  I expand my vocabulary by drinking a daily dose of tea + everything in between.  I practice contribution by offering a helping hand to organizations in need of either ideas, items, money or time.  I speak up and practice thinking out loud because my voice matters.  I celebrate special moments.  I am inspired by a collection of vision boards posted by women.  Every time I make the choice to step outside the box, expansion occurs.
